Hi loveys!!! First of all, I want to say the hugest thank you ever for your amazing response to my YouTube channel! The comments and emails I received were over the top sweet and I am soooooo relieved you guys enjoyed my first video and are just as stoked as I am about this channel! I can’t wait to post my next video tomorrow and bring you more content you want to see. I told you guys I was kind of nervous about putting myself out there in a new way because video is a very personal thing. It’s YOU on camera. You’re not hiding behind a computer screen anymore, you’re right there on camera, and some of the comments that go on in social media world these days can be pretty harsh. After reading the comment threads on some of my favorite YouTubers channels I was like…damn…is that what I’m opening myself up to? People straight up call bloggers, vloggers, and each other dumb, ugly, annoying, sluts, bitches, and so much worse. It is IN-SANE! It’s like, this is blogging, people…it’s supposed to be fun! But, that’s my long-winded way of saying that you guys are the most unbelievably gracious, respectful, top notch readers (and now viewers!) I could possibly have and the past couple years have been an absolute joy with you because you are kind, wonderful people. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for always making me smile and supporting my content.
OK, so this post! I shot this before leaving for Tahiti, and I’m wearing my favorite coat I’ve ever owned. For real. This camel wooly dream is the most buttery, cozy piece in my winter wardrobe. I’ve purchased several nice black coats I’ve worn a ton over the past few years, but had always wanted to find the perfect camel coat to add to my collection. A camel coat is such a classic staple item and always will be because it goes with e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. I think a camel coat is perfect for transitional weather because the buttery shade lightens up the heaviness of wearing a coat when you still need the warmth in the late winter/early spring weeks. I am planning to wear this coat with white jean shorts and a chambray top next to play with its versatility.
