Hi guys! This is a more personal video that I’m sharing on my channel this week about my struggles with stress and anxiety. Throughout the years, I’ve learned to combat these issues and deal with them in a productive and healthy way. It hasn’t been easy and I’ve definitely experienced many ups and downs along the way, but I have found 3 coping mechanisms that have completely helped me manage and nearly eliminate these feelings. My perfectionist personality type is prone to always feeling like I could do more, do better, and that I am never doing enough. This makes for a mind that never stops and a feeling of restlessness, or never being satisfied. By consistently practicing these three techniques on a daily basis when these feelings arise, I can take control of them versus letting them control me.
