Hi beauties!! I hope you are all having an amazing week so far! Lately, there have been a few things I am obsessed with and using all the time, so I wanted to share them with you in a favorites post! I haven’t been trying much new makeup because I have been testing my own things I am working on for Lawless that are coming out next year, so these favorites are less beauty focused and more general. I hope you enjoy reading about what I’m loving and discover some new favorites for yourself. And PLEASE share your recent favorites in the comments because I am always looking for new things to try!

Barefoot Dreams Robe

This is the cuddliest, coziest robe I have ever had! When I am home, I’m the queen of bundling up and getting as comfortable as possible. The material is the softest you’ve ever felt in your life and it feels like you’re wrapped up in a sleeping bag when you’re wearing this! For the fall and winter, there is nothing better to curl up in on cold mornings and nights. I have been living in this and I think everyone needs one in their life.

Emu Slippers

Along the same lines as the robe, these are such a furry, cozy, everyday luxury! I can’t stand walking around the house barefoot, so I always have to have socks or slippers on. These feel like your feet are enveloped in little marshmallows, and the furriness stays soft and fluffy no matter how much you wear them. They keep my feet incredibly warm and I can’t imagine not having them now!

Foreo Luna 2 Face Cleansing Brush

I’m a big believer in face cleansing devices because I wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis, and I know how important it is to thoroughly cleanse my skin and pores. When you start using a device instead of your hands, you can really understand how much better the agitation and friction gets into your skin. I have been a long time Clarisonic girl, but I recent got a Foreo, and I have totally switched teams. The Clarisonic is a great device, and I do still really love it for the new foundation brush attachment (it is amazing – it applies your foundation like an airbrush and it’s so effortless and easy), but I don’t love how clunky it is. You have to replace the brush heads every 3 months as well, which annoys me because it’s not just a one-time purchase for the device itself. I also think a brush can tend to be a bit unsanitary over time. The Foreo has no removable brush, it is a silicone device with a textured head that never needs to be taken apart or replaced. I also think it fits in my hand so much better and feels more lightweight and easy to use. I notice my skin feels really really clean when I use it, and it removes EVERYTHING. I have just loved reaching for it so much more than my Clarisonic and I think it’s such a great investment in your skin.

Briogeo Charcoal + Biotin Dry Shampoo

As a blonde, my hair goes through the damage of bleaching, so I’m a big fan of dry shampoo because I try to minimize stripping and heat styling my hair as much as possible. In the last couple years I have rehabbed my hair and taken extreme care of it to ensure I can keep it long, shiny, and healthy. It was breaking pretty badly for a while and I started doing a lot of research on products and what I was using on my hair. I learned that almost all aerosol dry shampoo is basically alcohol and propane, which are incredibly drying to your hair. I work so hard to keep my bleached strands moisturized, so I switched to this alcohol free one with charcoal and biotin, and I really really love it! It is super effective, and doesn’t leave my hair feeling brittle and gummy. I also love than I can re-apply it a few days in a row without a weird buildup.

Heritage Store Rose and Glycerin Spray

After cleansing and toning, I always mist my face to help my serums and creams absorb better. After applying my makeup, I also mist my face to help all of the powders melt in together and look more natural. I found this one that is super affordable and it has glycerin in it, which is a great hydrator for the skin. It makes makeup look beautiful and dewy, and it has made a big difference in the moisture levels in my skin. I love rose water because it smells beautiful and is hydrating on its own, but paired with glycerin, it makes the perfect skin mist for me. I also use this all over my body in place of lotion or body butter when I want something lightweight that my clothes won’t stick to.

Jonathan Adler Vase

This was a wedding gift from our sweet friends, and it is the PERFECT shelf accessory for my beauty room. I just love the faces and how perfectly it fits into the beauty/makeup purpose of the room. Jonathan Adler makes so many cool vases that are unexpected and not what you typically see. I love the way it catches they eye when someone walks into the room! There are several sizes and styles available, so I’m definitely going to be getting some more for my space! They also make amazing holiday gifts.

Alo Yoga Leggings

I hardly wear anything else when I workout these days in terms of leggings because these fit my better than any other kind! I am obsessed with the moto style and have them in both black and white, but honestly, all of their styles are so incredibly flattering and the fabric is just the tightest woven knit that doesn’t let “things” show through. No matter how thin or fit you are, we all have unflattering areas in leggings because they show EVERYTHING. Alo styles just feel really secure and look good from all angles, and you can tell they are really well made by the way they hold up after many washes and wear. Whenever I wear them on IG stories, you guys ALWAYS ask what leggings I am wearing, and I can guarantee they are Alo. My other favorite style that I have in a few colors is the shiny version.

Breville Juicer

As you all know, I have been juicing for yeeearrs and am really dedicated to juicing as often as possible. I have a Norwalk press, but it is very involved on a daily basis, particularly when I’m in a hurry. I always keep a more simple juicer in the house so we can juice every morning no matter what. Even my husband finds this one so easy to use and it is the most simple thing to take apart and clean compared to a Norwalk. I love how much juice it yields, and it’s just a really solid, great workhorse juicer for everyday and family use.

Dyson Hair Dryer

I know, this is outrageously expensive for a blow dryer, but I promise, it’s so worth it! Once you try this, you won’t be able to use a normal hair dryer again! I resisted buying this for several months. I had it in my cart on Sephora and couldn’t wrap my mind around dropping $400 on a hair dryer. After reading so many good reviews and seeing videos of how easily and quickly it dries the hair, I finally broke down and purchased it, and I am so so glad I did! The diffuser attachments don’t have to be snapped on – they are magnetic, and there is no fan with a mesh screen on the back to get gunky and collect build up. It has made drying a my hair so much less of a chore and it is looks really attractive on my bathroom countertop. I have the pink one, but it comes in white and silver as well!

Vitamin Code Raw Prenatal

Before you get all excited, no, I am not trying to get pregnant. I have taken prenatal vitamins for years, and have tried a few different kinds. I am on my 3rd jar of these and I think they are the best one out there! You are supposed to take 3 a day, so I just take them with meals, but I’ve noticed my skin and hair have really benefitted from taking them. At my last annual physical, my doctor also commented how great my vitamin levels and bloodwork was. They are definitely my favorite prenatal vitamin I’ve tried.

Ok, now you know all my lifestyle faves as of late! Let me know if you have any of the things I mentioned, and don’t forget to tell me your faves!

YES! I’m a major fan (and customer) of Alo attire.

Love barefoot dreams, I just picked up the white/cream cozy chic robe… it’s perfect for winter here in NYC!
OMG U HAVE TO GET the “coast legging” from ALO, the mesh cut outs are cuter on then they appear in the online photo. I was die hard for Motto like you mentioned above until I picked up the coast style when I was at the Beverly Hills location over summer. The material is slightly different and is way more Luxe and like second skin. Motto feels a little heavier/ stiffer in my opinion… still amaze, but not as buttery on the skin.

Ps…. I love the Gucci slides you recommended to me a while back, they have held up perfectly here in the busy streets of Manhattan.

Hi Annie! I love the idea of the rose water and glycerin spray. Do you use this in place of the Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray? I remember you featuring that particular product wayyy back when, and it’s now one of my favorites. Also, what is your favorite toner? Love your blog posts!
