Hi guys!! I’m currently blogging in Big Sur, which is one of my favorite and most beautiful places in the world! We’ve been hiking, yoga-ing, exploring, relaxing, catching up on sleep, and enjoying so much natural beauty. I can’t wait to do a recap post to share it with you! This morning after a good workout and breakfast, we are headed to Ojai for the rest of our trip before heading home for the 4th!
I have some recent eats to share with you from right before I left so here is the latest and greatest in my consumption:
A low in groceries breakfast I made quickly and easily – turkey, eggs, avocadoGrain, gluten, dairy, refined sugar, soy free cookies I baked over the weekend when I was in a bakey moodA seafood salad with shrimp, crab, avocado, red onion, and olive oilA pre-workout snack of fresh organic summer raspberriesA light plant based lunch of garlic kale and golden beets salad dressed with olive oil and balsamicA plant based dinner of red quinoa with sweet potato and half an avocado. I cooked this with veggie broth, a clove of garlic, and sea salt.A ripe summer peach!Homemade grain free granola over coconut yogurt with maple syrup. Poached eggs with avocado and arugula
